Our full service consultation process will provide you the opportunity to list all of your new home wants and needs. Peroba Homes will dig into the challenges you’re facing in your current living space, and develop a plan for your lifestyle.
Our Process
Creation & Design:
Together with the Peroba Team and our hand-picked suppliers, we'll select every detailed aspect of your new home. If this isn’t your style we will have a professional designer develop a concept for you.
The Build:
Once final plans are created, and permits are in place, we'll be off and running. Peroba Homes will keep you well informed on the construction progress and will schedule regular walk-throughs giving you the opportunity to see your new home take shape.
Welcome Home:
Upon completion of your new home the final walk- through will consist of a full home orientation.
